E-Governance, Leadership and Maintenance
Governance a system that enables oversight, monitoring, and accountability of the process for the people and people operating within it.
Leadership may be seen as a key component of a governance system acting both to influence and facilitate the system in shaping strategic vision and objectives.
Leadership gives employees a sense of career satisfaction, creates a strong connection with organization, and builds trust between them and their superiors. Effective leadership inspires, motivates and guides individuals and groups towards common goal.
Governance ensures that system in college operate fairly, transparently and in the best interest of the people. The four pillars of E governance are-
The people, Process, Technology and Resources. The governance and leadership are in accordance with vision and mission of the college and it is visible in various practices.Under the valuable guidance and support of the management and effective leadership of Head of the institution. College aims to set a strong value based system to build decentralized working environment with participative decision making.It plays a central role in not only achieving the vision and mission of the college but also helps in building inclusive, collaborative and empathetic organization culture.
Effective formal and informal communication system in the college helps in proper planning and smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities.
The active leadership of various courses coordinates the students mentors and ensures the timely implementation of university acadamic calender. For the fulfillment of stated mission in the formation of new action plans through regular meetings and its execution reflects the constant effort of the College in achieving its vision.The role of principal and faculty in curriculum and enrichment through various extracurricular activities, training and internship program helps to enhance the students learning experience and strengthen the lesson learned in the classroom.
College has effective monitoring and evaluation mechanism to ensure quality teaching and learning process. The head of the institution closely examines weekly report submitted by the individual subject lecturer and ensures timely completion of syllables by all the lecturers. Besides, there is a feedback system from various stakeholders as to get useful insight for the purpose of improvement in all aspects of teaching, learning, assessment and capacity.Further, all the concerned issues are discussed in regular IQAC meetings for resolution.
